The Brazil Butt Lift the workout? Or the Brazilian butt lift the surgery? I know there are a few youtube workouts with the title too.0

I tried it for two days and stopped. But only because the second day showed the workout required rhythm. To which I have ZERO. Three things going on plus shake my hips? Uh...can't. I'd rather plank, lol. The Bum Bum routine was nice though. Really felt it working my butt and thighs. I however, switched to T25 instead.0

The Brazilian but lift, as in the exercise advertisement on TV? I'm sure it's a fad....and that their butts are airbrushed to look so good, or that they got on the videos because they already had nice butts.
Don likes to look at the Brazilian butt advertisements on TV just for fun.
Seriously, I'm sure they are a workout program just like any other, such as Zumba fitness, etc. If you try it, let us know how it goes.0 -
I tried the brazil butt lift it a few years back, I didn't complete the full program but I did get results, mostly toning, tightening, and lifting the butt and thighs. I also noticed some changes to my waist. I liked the varied ways to work those areas, there were some moves I hadn't seen before and which seemed very effective. It did take me a few tries to get some of the moves, there is some rhythm required for some of the videos but overall it was a good workout, I'm just starting to workout again after a long break, and I expect I will put some of those videos into rotation but I won't attempt the full program.0

I had been curious about the Brazilian Buttlift for a long time (the workout). And after a year of thinking about it and watching all the infomercial and reading all the reviews online, I finally decided to buy it. And I got my hands on the set of DVDs from someone selling them on Ebay.
For those of you that don't know, it's a one month program (actually it's 24 days, because you get days off). The workouts are only around 30 minutes long and you only have to do one a day.
I did the workout to slim my butt because I don't have a flat butt or a saggy butt, I have a rather large butt. I was so excited to start, but I didn't want my family to know what I was doing so I had to wait until they were all asleep before I did it, which was fine because it's not too tiring so I wasn't huffing and puffing all over the place.
After my first workout I woke up the next day and I could hardly sit down, my butt and legs hurt so bad! But I knew it was working so I kept going. There was a ridiculous workout where you have to salsa and I have no rhythm at all so I was probably just flailing my arms everywhere and shaking my butt, but I stuck it out.
It's true what the reviews say, the video jumps around a lot from being inside to being on a beach, but after doing the workout for a few days I got used to it and it didn't even annoy me at all.
I stuck it out and completed the program, it only took a month so I figured, why not? I definitely noticed my hips were slimmer and my butt was lifted and perfectly curved! I didn't follow any special diet plan while doing this workout, just regular healthy eating. My butt looks so good! I am even going to do the whole workout plan again, but I'm going to wait until closer to swimsuit season.
I totally recommend this routine! It's a little complicated at first but it gets better. I even have better balance now, and my boyfriend will tell you that I have terrible balance, I used to fall over just putting on my shoes, haha! You could also just do a lot of squats and lunges, you'd probably get similar results, also do leg lifts.
There are some good videos on YouTube of booty workouts too.0 -
Check out the book/ training program Strong Curves by Bret Contreras. He is definitely a very reputable glute master in the strength and conditioning world
The glute anatomical pictures that come with Brazilian Butt Lift are completely wrong. Check out this article http://bretcontreras.com/how-to-get-a-better-butt-step-up-your-knowledge/0
