I am 5'1 SW226

went down to 221 in 22 days

Now I am back up to 224

MFP tells me to eat 1480 Cal I do not eat all them almost but not all.


I am doing something wrong what?

    I am going to go out on a limb here and guess that you are not weighing your portions, or accurately accounting for calories.

    You don't gain "real" weight overnight. That quick increase is likely due to water weight from high sodium foods, a hard workout or your monthly hormone cycle.

    As to the above poster's point - it's really hard to say because you're logging a lot of quick add calories. Try logging more accurately and tracking your sodium content. This is the only way you're really going to know for sure.

    P.S. good job on your progress so far - 5 pounds in about 3 weeks is great!

    Judging by just a few days in your diary, you need to work on tracking all your calories. Everything. No quick add calories, missing days. I highly suggest a food scale as well to measure everything that isn't liquid. Congratz on your 5 lb loss ;) Keep it up!
