Back again, been away for the better part of 2013. Had a rough year physically, and have started 2014 with the same challenges.

I'm wearing a walking cast which doesn't help with the exercise portion of weight loss. I can usually loose weight ok as along as I can walk. Going to try and watch what I eat, thankfully I really haven't gained anything in the past 8 months.

Looking for any friends who are in the same boat (which would probably be most :) ) I usually log on everyday, sometimes I'm bad on the weekends about logging in.

    Hi - I am new to this but started my diet and healthy eating plan yesterday as I want to lose a stone in the next few months. This seems a very easy way to work out calories and exercise. I plan to diet Monday to Friday only and have a couple of treats at the weekend that way I will find it easier to stick to this diet.
