yup both are a waste
diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight and keep it off0 -
Then why are you reading this forum? Call me what you will, I've worked hard to be able to do what I want. I'm just being honest. I've had a few people I've given them their meal plans and they backed out because of price. I'm just simply saying its not cheap. Nothing worth having or using ever is. Go ahead, continue to buy your store brand diet pills.0

I would try Shakeology for weight loss. It is that new dance craze, isn't it?0

Herbalife seems pretty legit:

It's just meal replacement... if you're lazy and time is money then go ahead and spend the $$$. If you have the time to spend and not the money just cook.0

If you want shakes get whey protien for after work outs. Unless your going to stay on shakes forever then take the time to learn more about healthy clean eating. If you have a goal weight then you will hit it on the shakes... but because you have not learned about nutrition and eating well as soon as you stop the "meal replacements" you will put the weight back on. This is why people here are trying to encourage you to avoid them. You can eat well for half the cost of these shakes. Not to mention eating proper food is far more enjoyable then a bland grainy shake. Good luck on your journey however you go forward with it xx0

I really think you need to look at the ingredients in Shakeology before making such a ridiculous claim.Have you worked out how much it would cost to buy them all individually?0

I am almost through a month using Vanilla Shakeology and I have found that it does satisfy my hunger. I add in a small banana or other fruit and mix with either almond milk or greek yogurt to get me to 350-400 calories for my breakfast. I don't see using the product forever, but if it works for some people - I don't think we should discourage them from trying it. For me, I need variety - and after 25 days of shakeology I can see where I'd get bored with this longer term. In addition, I have to buy it from the US (I'm Canadian) and when you factor in exchange and duty it's quite pricey.
For me - walking 10,000 steps a day, staying within my weight loss calorie range and staying away from processed and fried foods results in 1-2 lbs a week in weight loss. Shakeology is just one tool that helped me kick start things.0 -
