I don't have a lot of space, and always feel rediculous doing workout/yoga dvds.. Are there any you guys and girls can suggest that are really motivating, and don't need a rediculous amount of space? Anything for beginners is best.. I don't want to attempt something like p90x before i've even gotten started, I know that will just disappoint me, and I won't try again for a while.. Even something silly like richard simmons? I hafta start somewhere and I might as well have a laugh while I'm doing it!!

Why don't you try Turdo Jam or Hip Hop Abs.These are fun dvd's and they help you get into shape. Both instructors are high energy and fun to workout with. I have done both workouts and I loved doing them. Hope this helps. Good luck0

I like 10 minutes solutions videos. I have the Pilates one. You can choose to build your own workouts in 10 min. increments or do all 5 sections for 50 minutes. That way you can pick and choose what you want to work on and not take up a lot of time.

I highly recommend anything by Jillian Michaels....30 Day Shred is fabulous and the Yoga Melt Down is amazing!0

I like The Firm videos. You'll need a step and weights for the older ones, but some of the newer ones only use weights I think. They usually give options for a harder workout and a lighter option. Try http://collagevideo.com/ to browse through tons of videos, see reviews and clips of all videos. I love this site and have tons of videos on my wish list that I'm waiting to get cuz I am looking for more challenging and longer videos for me. Good luck!!0

I know a lot of women like Turbo Jam and Slim in 6. Hip Hop Abs ain't bad either. You don't necessarily need to start with something easier. Doesn't matter if you can't keep up, doesn't matter if you can't match them, the only thing that does matter is that you simply show up and give it your absolute best. I understand that some people are a little intimidated, so I'd recommend you try one of the programs I've listed, or even just go for it and pick up P90. Work your way up to P90X and eventually the monster of all cardio workouts, Insanity.0

Walk away the pounds by leslie sansone is good for not a lot of space! not hard at all, but works!0

Walk at Home DVDs by Leslie Sansone. There's TONS out there. They're really easy, but burn a lot of calories. It's walking in place, side steps, knee lifts, and kicks at a brisk pace. You don't need a lot of room at all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITLzClA2Ztk&feature=related There's a brief clip.0

Zumba (www.zumba.com) and you need no equipment - just a little space to dance around!0

I agree with this
I also do the walking dvd's more challenging then one might think, but easy enough to get through. Aslo zumba is good.0
