clearing your mind

Say you have a lot on your mind and you've already gone for a walk hours before hand. Would you go for yet another jaunt though it is beginning to hit dusk, take a warm bath or attempt to go to bed early?

    All-in Yoga is pretty good.

    I would meditate. Although yoga I guess comes a bit close to that :)

    when I have a lot on my mind I read a book to distract myself - I have dealt with a lot of stress the past two years and found that sometimes you just need to remove yourself from the stress and relax

    Simply Free Yoga seemed to do the trick for this novice. I like that it slowly showed the poses and that I did not feel rushed or confused as I norm do when attempting yoga. Only did half of the 20 min workout but I feel relaxed and clear enough to do just that, relax.

    I would probably meditate, do yoga, journal or go for another walk. It all depends on my mood!
