I'd like to join this challenge. My workout is walking.
I don't know how many miles I walk, but I can put in how long it took me. I average between 35 minutes and over an hour depending on which route I take with or without variations.0 -
Thanks I try I just have too figure out my nightly walks when I go back to work in a couple days0
