We can't see your diary. So it'd be hard to say. What's different about what you ate/exercised today from what you normally do/eat?

Normally when I feel dizzy and shaky, and I am eating enough, it is due to one of two things. Either I am dehydrated (have some water! It can't hurt) or my blood sugar has dropped. It can do that even if you're eating enough if you're not eating the right stuff. Make sure you're having a little bit of protein and fat at every meal to prevent blood sugar spikes, and when you feel dizzy try eating a small piece of fruit and see if you feel better.

Your body's going through a shift so it might react this way a little. Just make sure you're doing the best you can for yourself :)
