Doh! Yes you're right - I'm so tired. Lol they will make a fab rich omelette :-)0 -
Any kind of pudding. Home made pudding is sooooooooooo much better than the boxed junk.0

Hair conditioner, maybe. If you plan to prepare something edible, you need to get them out of the freezer, though. They should be stored in a bowl with water and covered in the fridge. They only keep for a day or two. Google egg yolk recipes. It's a common question due to egg whites only being used in other recipes.0

Throw them at Beiber's house?0

Lol! I did the same thing too! I would second mayo or you could try custard. I've never been brave enough for that.0 -

I changed to Egg Beaters so I could have eggs that were better for me, and I didn't want to mess with the yolks0

Bump (as I'm making protein pancakes tomorrow which use 3x egg whites). I love custard but are there any non-desserts that incorporate yolks, more creative than an omelette?0

Lemon curd, creme caramel, mayonnaise or alioli. On previous forum posts for dieters who eat whites only, I notice some of them feed the yolks to house pets.

You could make a savory custard that would go on a bread pudding. They call that strata.
Many recipes for pasta carbonara use yolks.
Homemade pasta dough also uses a lot of yolks.
Ooh, carbonara sounds attractive, thanks!0 -

Buy some lo-carb tortillas, some veggies, a little cheese.
Scramble the egg whites. Mix in some sauted veggies. Make 10 small breakfast burritos. Add a little cheese. Freeze what you don't egg.
Only takes a couple of minutes in microwave for healthy quick breakfast.0 -
Just realized it was yolks nit whites:(0

Hollandaise sauce! I make a lower-cal version using fat-free yogurt in place of the butter. Definitely not as decadent, but still good lemony, yolky deliciousness.0

Hollandaise sauce! My vote too0
