I have 10 egg yolks in my freezer...what can i do with them?

Bump (as I'm making protein pancakes tomorrow which use 3x egg whites). I love custard but are there any non-desserts that incorporate yolks, more creative than an omelette?

You could make a savory custard that would go on a bread pudding. They call that strata.

Many recipes for pasta carbonara use yolks.

Homemade pasta dough also uses a lot of yolks.

Buy some lo-carb tortillas, some veggies, a little cheese.
Scramble the egg whites. Mix in some sauted veggies. Make 10 small breakfast burritos. Add a little cheese. Freeze what you don't egg.
Only takes a couple of minutes in microwave for healthy quick breakfast.

Hollandaise sauce! I make a lower-cal version using fat-free yogurt in place of the butter. Definitely not as decadent, but still good lemony, yolky deliciousness.
