Lost my definition??

I started JM's Body Revolution almost 3 weeks ago, and so far I am loving it! I can tell that I am losing a little fat around my mid section, and possibly even in my chest (not as happy about that, haha). The only thing I am bummed about is losing the dimples on my stomach. I was told these were the beginning of my muscle definition, but they seem to be going away since starting this more intense work out. Why am I losing this? I thought it was a little sexy, and now I'm sort of bummed :(
