BIGGEST LOSER MFP START!

Well due to the overwhelming response from Charny164 about starting our own biggest loser competition. WE ARE READY TO START!
Each Wednesday after the airing of the show we will do a weigh in.
I will start in the Morning with the about same tag line as you see above.
BIGGEST LOSER CHECK IN! (Watch for it!)
I will give you each to option of putting your starting weight and how much you lost that week,
IE: Start weight 180 Weight lost 3 pounds
OR just how much you lost that week.
IE: 3 pounds
Other then our KUDOS and of course healthy happy bodies! We do not have any prizes. :brokenheart:
Because it is Friday, I stated that maybe we could do a weigh in now. or use our weigh in for the week and then the first check in on Wednesday.
WORD TO THE WISE HERE!
The people that are on the show biggest loser are working out 6 to 8 hours each day, Do not feel down if you lose only a pound or two instead of 20 plus pounds in a week.

Starting Weight on Monday, 12/31 was 187.
Long term goal 150-160.
Current goal 174...I am with you Lisa, a little at a time. Achieving a smaller goal makes you feel realize it is possible!

I'd love to join you guys, the more accountability I've got the better.
I weighed in on Saturday at 210. I think I'm going to do it like the show and post my start, my last week, my new week and my percentage lost (or, gulp, gained) for the week, if I can figure out how to do the math :laugh:
