What kind of diet am I on and always hungry and angry?

The problem with the quick add is that you don't get the macro information. You know if you hit your calorie target, but not what your mix of fat, protein, and carbs along with fiber and sodium look like. A couple people gave the feedback that you aren't getting enough fat and protein. That may or may not be true if a large percentage of your diary has incomplete data. No one can really tell.
If you eat a more protein and fat heavy diet, you tend to be less hungry. I struggle with this myself. I'll eat some cereal and toast for breakfast. It's quick and I'm used to doing that on weekdays. I'll be hungry by 9am. If I have eggs and bacon instead, it's a little more calories, but I'm not hungry until lunch time and often have a smaller lunch as a result.0 -
Make sure you eat protein at lunchtime. If you eat protein, it will help keep your body running throughout the afternoon.0
