I need calories :\

Ezactly..i need to eat few more calories...i am having around 700 NET calories per day which i want to increase to atleast 1000

But the problem is i do not want to exceed my carbs limit..it is 150...

please suggest me some low carb food

    Nuts and seeds, nut butters, pork/beef, cheese or any full fat dairy, add a little olive oil or butter to food that you cook.
    Believe me, it is very easy to have more calories:

    I just look at yout diary and you get less that 30 grams of fat a day? Eat the yolks in your eggs and have some more almonds. Cheese,milk, nuts, meat etc. can help you up the cals w/o upping carbs.

    i have started eating almonds...i think i need to start drinking milk...i hate it though

    If you hate it don't drink milk, just eat the food you like, and a little more.
