Reached my January goal

I started on here on 1st January at 178 and set myself a goal of 170 by the end of the month.

I weighed in this morning at EXACTLY 170!!! 8lbs down! 30lbs to go.

1200 calories a day, working out in my home gym for an hour 5 days a week (30 cardio, 30 weights) and eating back 1/3 to 1/2 of my exercise calories and trying to keep my macros as balanced as I can.

Honestly, it's not been hard.

I have not touched Wheat or Dairy (allergy), nor Chocolate or any Candy. I do not crave these things at all.

I have become very aware of labels for more than calories. If there is little or no protein, I'm not eating it!
