OK. we just got our new FITBIT Zips today and linked them to MFP. Yea!
If I do exercise, such as an exercise bike, do I log that in FITBIT.com or MFP? If I log on MFP do I have to put in a time of day so that it doesn't double count any movement that FITBIT zip picked up? thanks!

It is personal preference whether you log it in fitbit or MFP. When you log it in MFP you do enter the time, and it will override the fitbit data for that time period.0

When I set mine up today, it told me somewhere in the set up instructions online to use MFP for all expertise logging or it won't calculate things right.0

Mine also told me to use MFP for non impact workouts. I notice it picks up my elliptical and walking/running, but not some of the classes I take at the gym, so I log those on MFP. It transfers everything over beautifully, including my food and water intake.0

Hi. I just purchased my fitbit zip and would like some MFP friends for help and direction on using this device correctly.
Thanks.0
