    I'll give it a shot :-) So this divides out to be 2 Miles a day 7 days a week?

    OK, did my own math. That pans out to 1.7something a day for 7 days a week or 2.5 Miles a day for those of us who do 5. Days a week

    In winter, my thing is the elliptical. I also include walking outside. I WILL do 80 kms in February.

    I'm in! I use a fitbit to log steps and I am working on 15,000 steps a day so anything that helps me stay motivated is great! :)
