Nuts (pecans, hazelnut, cashews and almonds mostly). I can eat a can of nuts or more in a day with straining myself. I'm getting better at eating them in moderation though.

Nutella... it's bad. I've gone through one of those large jars in 3 days... just a heaping spoonful here, and a heaping spoonful there... I'm kind of ashamed just thinking about it.

Chocolate, caramel, sweets, marshmallows, ice cream, biscuits and BREAD. I was practically living on just cinnamon toast for the longest time! And when the cinnamon ran out I used plain sugar, and when that ran out I used nutella, and then jam with peanut butter, and then just jam sandwiches.... you get the picture xD

    good quality chocolates

Nothing else calls my name like those do. I'm generally good with portions, moderation, sensibly enjoying treats - but I can't relate to people who have a big box of See's dark chocolates on a shelf for 2 months. What?!

Sodium! I don't log most of it because there is seriously no way. I am currently eating thinly sliced colby jack cheese and salting every. single. piece. I salt ham, bacon, Fritos, chips, and just about everything else that isn't a sweet. I have no plans to change my ways. Salt is delicious.

  • I got so many trigger foods i don't know where to start
  • Pizza,frosting,ice cream and candy
  • Ice cream....
I went to pizza hut the other day and did the self serve ice cream factory and got awkward stares because of how much ice cream I put in my bowl xD (to be fair I had a teeny lunch from the kids menu so I could eat the ice cream but still)

almond butter. or really any nut butter.

I CAN'T stop myself.. it's nuts. that's why i don't keep anything but protein plus peanut flour (and occaaaaasionally make almond butter in my vitamix) in the apartment. it's not safe.
