Sodium! I don't log most of it because there is seriously no way. I am currently eating thinly sliced colby jack cheese and salting every. single. piece. I salt ham, bacon, Fritos, chips, and just about everything else that isn't a sweet. I have no plans to change my ways. Salt is delicious.0

I went to pizza hut the other day and did the self serve ice cream factory and got awkward stares because of how much ice cream I put in my bowl xD (to be fair I had a teeny lunch from the kids menu so I could eat the ice cream but still)0 -
Chinese food especially sweet and sour pork!, cheesecake basically deserts... Baked rice& pastas0

almond butter. or really any nut butter.
I CAN'T stop myself.. it's nuts. that's why i don't keep anything but protein plus peanut flour (and occaaaaasionally make almond butter in my vitamix) in the apartment. it's not safe.0
