Ya...I've got the whole cutting sugar out thing. Kinda a basic concept. I'm just curious to what she has in mind. Taking it a step further. I already don't consume packaged processed foods. Only natural but I can't seem to kick the sugar cravings. Thought it might have some further tips. I even watch my amount of fruit consumption0

If you don't have a medical concern that requires you to limit your sugar intake, it is completely unnecessary to cut it out to lose weight.
