5 mile fast paced walk with dumbbells they kick my butt!!!0

the plan is as follows.....
3 mile run/walk with a girlfriend at 8am
group power class (weights) @ the gym at 9am
leisurely walk after dinner with the kids around the neighborhood while the group cleans up...i'll clear the table but i can't be around the packing of the food...tooo much nibbling......if anything, i'll help by washing dishes....can't eat scraps if you have your hands in soapy water...
ps-we are also doing a boxing competition with the wii after we get all cleaned up...so that will help with dessert calories...0 -

I have a date with my treadmill Thanksgiving morning for a 4 mile power walk/run. :bigsmile:0

I am going to be doing the Insanity core cardio and balance and a Brazillian Butt Lift workout! Nothing crazy this week since it's my recovery week :happy:0

How cool that you actually get to take a class with the real Chalene.. I guess she is as motivating in person as she is on DVD. Hopefully I don't have to work and I get to do a Shaun T Rockin' Body or a Zumba workout.. at the very least, I hope to get a shred in.0
