Help with tracking JM Body Revolution workout

My daughter and I are starting the Jillian Michaels Body Revolutioin tonight. Does anyone know how you track each workout? Do you use circuit training or cardio? Since each workout is 30 mins I want to make sure I get the right approx calories burned. Thanks!!

    The cardio video is cardio :tongue: . The workout videos are circuit training.

    I don't have this set, but it looks like some workouts are cardio, some are strength & other workouts are circuit training (cardio+strength)
