Low Back Pain!?!?!

Ok so I have been having terrible lower back pain the last bit and was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to help relieve it.

    If it isn't due to a recent injury, I'd suggest ibuprofen and keep moving. Gentle yoga type stretches really help. I found the video I think it's called "Back in Shape" to be very helpful. Also, gently hold in your abs and do a gentle kegel when sitting, standing and walking to give your lower back some support. You may also find relief from physical therapy. Try soaking in a hot tub with 2 cups of epsom salts to relax your body. Good luck and hope you feel better soon, back pain is no fun:cry:

    That is where your kidneys are located, so make sure you are drinking enough water.

    Movement and Massage! I have a problem with lower back pain as well since I'm 6 feet tall and I'm all torso lol I try to get moving as much as I can and get a massage when it acts up.
