Out of shape and Focus t25 workout?

Hey I'm new to the site (just starting to log on regularly). I was planning on starting focus t25 today and i was wondering if anyone on here has had some dramatic changes from the work out.
Also i was wondering if there have been any (very) out of shape people who have focus t25 and what it was like for you. Im out of shape but committed to getting into it. Also if anyone has some motivation tips because that has always been my biggest problem. Well that and procrastination. If anyone would like to be my workout buddy I would greatly appreciate it. Im a 20 year old female by the way. Thanks!!

I'm starting T25 very soon. From previewing some of the videos, it looks like it is really easy to customize it to your fitness level and gradually amp up as you get stronger. Each routine has the "modified" routine which looks to be a bit less hard core.

I'm excited to start it up. I did P90x years ago and it kicked my butt. But it was too much of a time suck. THis is 25 mins a day, which I love!

I am currently doing t25 on some days that I dont work out in the morning. It is okay and is super fast...no breaks but extremely sweaty! Lol. You do a lot of jumping so that means you are using most of your body weight to keep yourself going. It's a good workout if you have no time.

Things I do to motivate myself:

    1. look up motivational quotes
    2. before every workout I list reasons why I am doing this
    3. When I am about to say, "This is enough for today..." half way into my workout I hear my voice in the back of my head screaming for me to go on and listing all the reasons why I should just do it and pretty soon I'm already almost done and then I have no choice but to just finish it!
    4. It's hard for me to roll out of bed but I push myself to do it anyways and then first thing I do to wake myself up is run outside to start my car. It'll get me going and all thoughts of sleeping is out.

    It's all in your head!!

So far those have been helping me a lot.

I am super out of shape - I find myself wheezing after climbing the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment. Week 1 was tough, & while week 2 was certainly still hard, I definitely noticed a difference in my endurance. While everyone was starting a cardio segment during week 1 of abs, I found myself still struggling to get off the floor & wondering how on earth they moved so fast. Week 2, I was still a few seconds behind them... but I wasn't crumpled in a heap on the floor anymore. My legs & core feel so much stronger just 2 weeks in. Go for it!

I consider myself pretty out of shape. I have worked out and lost a bunch of weight before but work got hectic and I stopped watching what I was eating and had no time to workout and gained it all back

Today was week 5 day 1 of alpha and I think I'm getting better in some aspects but some are just as hard. My scale has yet to show me results but I also never measured myself at the start so I have no clue what results I may have had

For motivation, the fact I have a closet of clothes I can't wear and how self conscious I am when I'm cuddling with my boyfriend keep me motivated. I hate it but I do it because if I don't I have given up on myself!
