    Truly Amazing! What did you do about plateaus - if you had any?

    I'm actually just getting out of one now. I did have losses, but from December until the last two weeks my losses were generally a few ounces, or sometimes nothing. It was super discouraging. What seems to have helped for me was upping my exercise. I'd been slacking a bit so I've gotten back into it and it's seemed to help get things moving again.
