I had to attend a couple of wine tastings today for my job as a wine buyer. Tasting menus at both places. I only ate half my tasting portions, about 2 tablespoons of each thing, but I am so unsure of how to log in the day into my diary. Any suggestions?

Two:
1. Do your best to estimate what you consumed and recognize it's not an exact science.

Do you remember exactly how many 2 tbsp servings you had? If so, I would just choose a wine and log those servings with that wine. I went on a brewery tour the other day and had 6- 2oz samples and just logged it as 12oz of their beer. Might not be absolutely precise but close enough, I would think.0
