where do you hold your weight?

Right below my ribs to the top of my hips. Got pregnant, ate healthy, didn't gain too much weight, doomed to have a jiggly belly.
It's actually gotten worse since I started losing, now it's looser and bums me out.0 -
For me, my thighs bother me most. But it is very important to remember that while we can make some changes to our bodies, it is also important to respect your body! You should want to improve something because you LOVEEEEE yourself and respect yourself, not because you hate something. You know what I mean?
I used to feel like I hated my thighs and when I had that mentality I never really lost much weight. Instead, when I realized "okay, this is what you've got, now work with it and appreciate it" I am halfway towards my goal!
Remember to be positive in your thinking. I know that sounds cheesy, but it works.0 -
Bum and love handles.... Blah lol0

Love that statement!0

For some reason I've always held my weight on my stomach and thighs. My thighs are just naturally thicker.0

When I first gained weight, the fat all accumulated in my belly. Then it gradually redistributed itself to my thighs and hips (so I have a major "pear shape" going on) I've always had large thighs, though.0

Yup, agree. You can't target weight loss to certain parts of your body. You can, however, target tone certain areas but this won't change the fat ratio in that area. Any exercise is good exercise to help get fitter. Eventually you'll loose the weight were you want to, but it might not be the first area to let go of fat sadly, but it might if you are lucky.0

My thighs and bum are large in comparison to a small waist and chest, however I happen to like them! I need to work on toning and strengthening them because jiggle isn't my friend. One area I hold fat is my armpit/upper tricep area. I'm convinced it's hereditary because every woman on my mom's side hates this part of their body. I wish that fat would have gone to my boobies instead! :laugh:0

Pretty much all my fat is in my lower back... My body type is "camel," apparently.0

My butt and thighs, and I positively hate it. I'd rather have it that way that carry it in my belly, but I've never liked a big booty/thighs on me because I want to appear more androgynous.0

Hi,
How do you calculate your caloric gains with weight training??0 -
Mine use to go to my hips, butt, thighs but now it's my belly. I am starting Hip Hop Abs to try and help this area out!0

stomach... mother freakin' prick!0

Stomach, thighs, and the SIDES of my boobs. Bleh!
Like other's have said... you can't target fat loss. But you CAN target muscle groups under the fat... to emerge later when the fat is gone. :P0 -
big fat stomach and my chin...the rest of my body is fine0

Boobies and calves. Can't wait until I get more fat off me so those 2 areas slim down!0

stomach :grumble:0

Belly. Seems to be a theme :ohwell:0

It's like, "hmmm... is that boob? of weird-side-boob-fat?" I'm pretty sure it's boob fat, lol. I hate it too! Makes my boobs look so frumpy.0 -
stomach. it sucks.0

I hold my weight in my thighs, hips, and bum. Because underneath all the fat, they are all so stunningly awesome that to look upon them with mortal eyes would give one the briefest glimpse of heavenly perfection before rendering them blind forever, for all other sights would be pure disappointment and send lookers into a inescapable, hopeless depression.
Best post EVER!0 -
Right between the belly button and top of my hips. I swear there is a 3 inch difference between my waist and my belly button.0

I used to think I carry my weight on the thighs and butt..now I become to think it's everywhere: even my ears are bigger than most people out there...
me too! Is it possible to have head fat? Seriously, my head is way bigger than the average person... and the more I lose... the smaller it gets. 50lbs ago, everyone called me Bighead... now... no one ever says it.0
