best salmon ever

So I'll start by saying I love salmon. But even if I didn't I would eat this.
My hubby loved it, my kids loved. A real winner. Hope you like it too.

Honey-Nut Salmon
3 Tbsp pecans
3Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp butter or margarine
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
4_ 4 oz salmon fillet
fresh cilantro or parsley to garnish

pan toast pecans
stir in honey syrup and butter
cook on low until thickens
add mustard
grill of bake salmon
pour sauce over top
sprinkle with garnish

I had mine tonight with a quinoa salad and roast carrot& broccoli

yuuuuuuummmmmmm had to share

    I used to work in a gourmet restaurant. One of the dishes the chef offered was honey-lime marinated Atlantic salmon. Your dish sounds similar: sweet yet sour. It sounds great :)
