    My fella doesn't want me to buy him anything, he likes things that are homemade. Today kinda escaped me (I planned to give him something everyday up to Valentines) but so far I've made him a heart shaped hand warmer and a chocolate covered biscuit which is made from 3 layers of biscuit with a hollow inside that had a little note in and lots of candy decoration hearts. Yesterday I just used a sharpie to write a corny notes on a couple of bananas- 'bananas about you', let's never split' kinda notes. It made him chuckle so I think he liked it. Best thing is that none of it has cost me any money yet as its all stuff I had at home. Theres lots of ideas on Pinterest.

    if you take all sexual stuff out (as long as it is actually included). Depends on the guy. Some guys like watches, some guys like computer stuff/gadgets, some like guns, tattoos/piercings and some like sports. It is all about the guy.

    Wife would score big points with anything Broncos, a new gun, or tools.

    Okay, maybe I can help. In addition to the "non-tangibles" listed at length above, maybe upgrade his drink for Valentine's Day. Rather than a blended whiskey, a nice-but-not-extravagant single-malt might be nice.

    I'll suggest a 12-yr-old Highland Park, which is very accessible both to wallet (~$45) and to the palette. It is smooth -- like liquid heat going down. Add a nice Scotch glass, and use your imagination in how you serve it.

    A lovely dinner and some wine.

    He's really excited about the restaurant we chose this year. Good things are being said. And we love to open a bottle at the table and laugh all night. Big smiles, excellent conversation, great food and wine.

    those are the things he wants.

    I could make the steak and a BJ joke but he gets that whenever he wants anyways. Why would I offer it on Vday like it was some special rare gift. Its not its something we do often to connect as human beings in love.

    You should know your man. WE can't possibly know what he wants. Maybe you should be paying more attention to the things he likes, instead of relying on strangers to tell you what you should already know about him. Seriously, every man is different. We aren't the useless ones in your relationship.
