I'm at 1,500 calories with an additional 400-600 a day from exercise. I try to leave about 100-300 by the end of the day, and now in my third week, the scale hasn't dropped for a bit. I'm not discouraged, but I'm wondering if I should keep doing what I'm doing or if I need to adjust things around. Help!
P.S. Feel free to add me! I love friends!

Not sure. It could be that you aren't eating enough or you need to change up your routine (because you have been doing te same thing for a while.)0

I'd keep going for another few weeks. Being female your cycle can affect you at certain times so I'd give it a good 6-8 weeks before I got concerned0

You might be over-estimating your exercise calories. 4-600 seems kinda high.0

Looked at your diary - you are over your carb/sugar limits on most days. Try upping your protein and reducing your sugar intake for a week and see if it makes a difference.0
