How to get more protein without alot of calories

I have lost 35 pounds and I'm doing well at maintaining it so far. My problem is i'm not getting enough protein and fatty acids and I'm afraid of putting on weight. What is a good food or supplement that I can use to get the protein I need. Any help would be appreciated

    My favorites:

    Chicken
    Edamame
    Tuna
    Eggs
    Greek yogurt
    String cheese
  • Easiest way for me is:

    chicken breast
    whey protein powder
    beef jerky (watch the sodium however)

    fatty acids you can take fish oils or enjoy some salmon, avocados are amazing as they're also packed with potassium which is good for heart health, almond butter
