    Hi all, just the thread i have been looking for - please feel free to add me too. February 5th 2014 was my final epiphany day and i am determined to lose 100lbs within 1 year.
    It should be do-able - now i just need some help with motivation and hopefully supply some to people in the same boat who need it along the way :)

    I have lost over 100 pounds and and my food diary is open. If you think I can help you in any way please add me. I do not know what you mean my interact. I have found that most people on this site do not want interaction they want a shoulder to cry on or someone to complain to about failing to stay under their calorie limit. . I am not complainer. or one who cries on others shoulders. I am a doer and I get things done. I am compassionate and understanding, but I do not attend pity parties.
