I'm new..

Hello everybody,

I started my exercises 1week ago, and today I found this webpage.

During the past 6 years I gradually gained weight, and climbed from 60 kg to 68, with a size of 1,74m (5ft 8)

Now I decided I cannot go on like this, and started jogging 7 days ago, and to vigilate my food, trying to avoid chocolate (which I loooooveeeee)'


Now I have already lost 2 kg, and start to see an improvement (i finally decided to lose weight when I noticed that my clothes hardly fit me anymore)

So I am confident we all can do it together!
