I am 21 grams over for my sugar..
but I believe it's because I had a lot of fruit today...
Should I be worried?

Unless you have diabetes or a reason to avoid sugar, then the amount of sugar you consume is inconsequential, as long as you are not exceeding your carbohydrate goal. Sugar from fruit is the same as sugar from a can of soda, the fruit just happens to contain fiber and micronutrients that can be beneficial to meet your daily goal.0

Yes, 21 g is a ton to be over. You should refrain from all sugars from the next couple of days then slowly ease it back in. Good luck!0 -
Some agencies suggest limiting ADDED sugars to less than a certain amount per day. I wouldn't be too concerned.0
