    I just want to say that you have been a strong motivation for me over the last couple years. We have been my fitness pal friends for a long time and whenever I get off track I see your success as an example of where I can be. We both started with similar weights and are the same height so I know I can look just as good if I stay on track. Thanks for sharing your story. It has helped me so much.
