    You can Google any thing. I found it in Wikipedia. It's a Fad Diet according to Wikipedia.

    I am Janet and I have been trying to lose weight for years. I had some luck with another program like this one. I enjoyed the blogs & boards.I thought I'd try this again. just hope I can remember how to follow a thread.
