Good running shoes and a supportive sports bra.
^These. Already used a digital food scale, and have borrowed some weights.

Oh yeah I didn't even think about my HRM. I forget how much I rely on it until the other day I went to the gym and it literally broke as I was walking in. Not cool. I just ordered a new one.

HRM. I was WAY overestimating the calories burned per workout prior to getting my Polar.
  • My treadmill, hands down. I bought a cheapie four years ago off CL just to make sure I would use it. I did, and ran it into the ground. Last fall I bought a new, nicer one and love it. With my crazy job and my kids I just wouldn't get my runs in almost every day if it meant going outside in sub zero temps or driving to the gym and putting my kids in kid-care for an hour. I LOVE running on the TM at home. I can wear whatever I want (last night this was a sports bra, compression shorts, grandpa sweater and wool hat) and watch whatever I want without worrying about what other folks might think. Plus, my kids are right there.

A 70lb MMA heavy bag and hot pink boxing gloves :) After I spent the money on those, I decided not to let them go to waste. Great cardio and WONDERFUL way to expel some pent up aggression.

my Sportline pedometer. it's the only one I've found that works. It only has to touch your skin to work. And my Kettlebell set. It is a 5# weight, with add'l 3# and then 4# snap on weights. both of these items I got @ Dunham Sports. I suppose I shouldn't name names on here. sorry if I'm not supposed to. these items have helped me lose 81# in 7 months.
