    My official weigh-ins are Sunday mornings, but I figured I may as well post because I weigh myself daily anyways. I gained a ton from yesterday -- hopefully half of it is from the sodium.

    SW: 164.5
    CW: 164.5
    GW: 154.5

    No water yet either, but I'm not really going to focus on that part as much. Good luck to everyone! I know we can do this :)

    I'm in! I'd love to lose a lot more than that by Christmas.. lol, but realistically, it'll be tough to do with all of the goodies that pop up everywhere. Having this incentive will help keep me on track!:smile:

    I in! I am in desperate need of motivation as I'm feeling that I am falling off the wagon...
    I log my weight every Monday but...I do weight every morning
    So today I was 69.5 kg (153 lbs)

    GW 65 kg (143 lbs)

    Okay, day one!

    Starting weight 272.4 (up 1.4 since yesterday, thanks to Thanksgiving feasting!)

    Goal weight 262.4 by Christmas (and 262.0 by year's end, which will mark a 50-pound total loss for me since August!)

    Next year, try not to cook too much food on Thanksgiving so that we can avoid yummy leftovers that need to get eaten in the days following Thanksgiving.

    is it too late for me to join? I really need the motivation. I was steadily losing 2 pounds a week and then I just stopped losing. I have been hovering at 197-200 for the past month and I'm really not sure why--I'm getting frustrated. To top it off, all but 2 of my MFP friends have quit, so I feel like I'm doing this on my own now....could really use a group...plus I want to drop some weight. :-)

    I am going to jump on the bandwagon also. I achieved my first goal as to lose 10 by Tday and was successful but not completely satisfied. Now I have changed my goal and am looking to lose 10 more by Xmas, so yes I am in. Good Luck everyone!!!

    :happy: i too ate thanksgiving dinner & counting no calories. ( aint goin too on xmas day either.. ) i weighed 224.. i ( as of this am ) are at 220.1 . thats 4 lbs already. ty for this challenge!! :wink:

    Ten by X-mas....what a perfect gift for me!
    I weighed in yesterday, up 2lbs from all the turkey day feast....
    I LOVE WATER;) remember, gotta get around half your weight in ounces & extra for intense workouts!

    (SW: 172lb GW: 130lb)

    XW: 140lb
