One day a week at the gym

I work a labour job (construction) for 14 hrs a day, 6 days a week- this doesn't leave me much time to do anything after work, besides cook dinner and get to bed. (I also commute 2hrs a day for work.) anyways- I love working out but with this schedule the only day I can go to the gym is on Sunday- my day off. Should I just do a full body workout then? Will I even see results? I eat clean already, and only have a bit of weight to lose. I mainly would like to tone, get some muscle. How long should I work out for? Before I started this job I was at the gym 5 days a week.
I need some advice from people that have found themselves in the same situation!! Thanks!!

If you want to get tone. Do strength training. I'm sure when you get home you do have sometime to yourself. Squeeze it in. No excuses. :)

If you only have one day at the gym do a full body. During the weekdays supplement this by doing body weight exercises at home like squats, push-ups, dips, pull-ups and planks. Google some good home body weight exercise program. Good luck.

How physically demanding is your construction job and what kinds of muscles are you working there? If you're working 80+ hours a week at a physically demanding job, it might not be a bad idea to give your body a break on Sunday.

Chet Yorton was a natural BodyBuilder, he'd only workout a few times a month. He beat Arnold Schwarzenegger in a competition... if that says anything

    ^^ What he said.
I just purchased a Bowflex but still waiting for it to arrive. I have a treadmill and I use that, dumb bells and my kettle bells. Anything you can do on your own at home will help.

Not really.. I am up at 4:20am- home from work at 7pm, play with my dog, cook dinner, sleeping by 8:30pm.

Thank you to everyone for the input, although it will only be once a week, I'm going to do full body work outs and hopefully will see some results. Also to answer someone's question about how labour intensive my job actually is- I'm on my feet all day, lots of walking, lots of lifting. I break out in a full on sweat a few times a day- and I consider myself fairly fit.
