The stomach bug & food

I have a question, I've had a funky stomach bug for a few days now that has been passed around the house unfortunately. Anyways, I have been getting my calories from 7up, water and Gatorade. I can't hold anything down but today I feel better and ate a light breakfast of cheerios, almond milk, half a small banana and a chamomile tea.....but I only kept it down maybe 10 min.

So my question is ..should I log in what I do eat even if it isn't staying down long? Do those calories even count? :indifferent:

I'd generally say don't log when you are ill!
Your health should be no 1 priority above the calorie counting. Get back at it once you feel better and actually get to eat regularly.
    Hope you get well soon!

Um, go lie down. I'm pretty sure the stomach spasms are burning any calories that may have sat in your belly for those 10 minutes... Just my opinion, but at times like this, just try to stay alive - and hydrated. When you start holding food down, then log it.
So sorry you're feeling horrible! Get Well Soon!

I would agree, if you can't eat, there's very little point in logging.

I had strep a few weeks ago and logged, but I was able to hold food down.

Thanks for the input everyone. I haven't logged in a few days because there was no point. Today I feel a lot better and made the attempt to eat and log but my stomach ain't having it! Maybe in another day or 2 it'll be better!
