Yes, it sucks eating that much, expecially when you are trying to leep reasonable macros. 4,100 seems a bit excessive unless you weigh 200++ or are extraordinarily active.0

Order papa johns all for yourself.. problem solved. LOL:flowerforyou:
Kidding..

have some beer :drinker:0 -

just kidding, I'm still trying to lose. But best of luck, and I second the papa johns idea.0 -
Home made mass gainer shakes I say! One shake = 900 Calories :-)0
-
I wish I had this problem !!0
-
HS! I'd die if I ate that much.0

Awwww problems, problems...
And I thought I had a tough life with my 3100 calories
I'd say ice cream!!0 -
I would EXPLODE if I ate that much! (would have fun trying though!)0

I have days where I'm eating 5000+ calories in a 4 hr window. Plus 1.25 gals of water through out the day. I'm not going to lie it gets tough, but drinking whole milk helps a lot.0

A large chocolate shake from Jack in the Box is 1400 cals. Couple that with a burger and fries and you are nearly at 3000. For lunch. Sad that I know this but back in the day, that was a regular part of my diet.
There are still days where I wonder what I would do to have one of those shakes.0 -

I ate a lot of indomie noodles and chicken for snacks when I was bulking. Pretty high calorie, easy and cheap. Nom.0

I know from watching how hard it is. My husband went through this for a few months. He just couldn't keep going. I put butter in everything, bought high calorie strawberry boost drinks. He ate handfuls of nuts and potato chips daily. I think it might get easier if you stick with it over time, (just like it's easier for me to eat less if I keep at it for a while). Eventually you shouldn't then feel so full all the time. All I can offer is w2go! And keep at it.:flowerforyou:0

I read that Olympians eat up to 5000 a day during training. Go you!!0

I used to enjoy my 7 servings of ice cream at night0

Tell me about it. I lose weight at 4000 Calories a day.
Eating clean....yeah right, not gonna happen. I just eat fried everything. But, the upside is you can look like you diet (abs, shredded cuts, etc) even while eating a completely terrible diet0 -
Just wondering... Even though you are burning the calories, does eating fried food and the like effect your cholesterol levels or does the exercise take care of that too?0
-
I wish I was the one who should eat that0

I agree with Bita...I would have no problem eating 4100 calories a day.0

I have to do this to LOSE weight. I know this is a gaining weight topic but I couldn't help myself... LOL
FYI I managed to hit 4k+ intake by eating a serving of almonds every hour. I would have regular meals, but no matter if I was hungry or not, I would eat those almonds. They are pretty easy to squeeze in, small volume with a decent caloric punch.0 -

Exercise will not "take care of that too" if you eat it exclusively. Cholesterol and triglycerides will skyrocket if you eat deep fried foods 24-7 for extended periods of time. If you are bulking, you'll stop eating this way after a period of time so it'll work itself out eventually but I think it's better to train your stomach up on wholesome foods rather than eat fried all the time.
I'm a fat woman but I once got paired with a lean cyclist for a project in a health course. We had to get our levels checked. He biked routinely 15-20 miles a day (at least), but ate fast food almost exclusively. I was more sedentary, but ate more natural foods, salads, greens and cheeses, etc. His triglycerides were almost 3x's mine. He was dumbfounded, he assumed that because I weighed over 2x him that I would automatically have worse numbers, but he was wrong!0 -
Im 41 years old, 6'1" hovering around 200-204. I was 130 pounds when I started 12 years ago. Im maintain a 3500 calorie a day diet but often go over 4000 because Im very active with a high metabolism(women hate me for that lol). I take a mass gainer shake half mid morning and half evening. It definitely helps with my caloric intake. Keep pushin... u wanna get big you gotta eat big.0

^^Nice... I wish I could eat with you... I know you would be always up for a meal or a buffet...0
