Chicken Skin, Fish Skin good for you?

Just curious if these are good for you. I think fish skin is and I usually eat it. Chicken skin I usually avoid. I've heard it's good for you but it seems so greasy and fattening. I'm talking about skin on baked chicken here.
Any thoughts?
Also, what about vegetable skins. I often eat it as I've heard most of the vitamins are in it. For example, when I have a sweet potato, I usually eat the skin with it. What skins do you eat?

This!! Only way to make it better is if the skin is wrapped in bacon :drinker:0 -
All foods are fine in moderation unless they are so chemical they shouldn't really be considered food0
