Chicken Skin, Fish Skin good for you?

Just curious if these are good for you. I think fish skin is and I usually eat it. Chicken skin I usually avoid. I've heard it's good for you but it seems so greasy and fattening. I'm talking about skin on baked chicken here.

Any thoughts?

Also, what about vegetable skins. I often eat it as I've heard most of the vitamins are in it. For example, when I have a sweet potato, I usually eat the skin with it. What skins do you eat?

I would put chicken skin on the same team with bacon........why someone would choose not to eat these, is beyond me.

All foods are fine in moderation unless they are so chemical they shouldn't really be considered food :)
