Is there a website out there that will let me program out all of the ingredients for a meal and let me know what a serving would be in nutrition (such as one cup of a homemade soup)?

What's wrong with the one in here?0

Nothing. Just something wrong with me. I did not realize there was one. I have found it and used it now.
Thank you.0 -
I don't think there's anything wrong with you! It takes some time to get to know new stuff. The recipe builder can be a bit arduous, if you need to alter the amount of one or more ingredients, you'll have to delete and reenter the item. But, it's a great help for keeping track of what gets in your mouth :-)0

The one on MFP can be a bit tedious. So if it's a recipe I'm not planning to use more than once, I use this.

You can just copy and paste recipes straight into it. No fuss.0
