My workout routine

Options
Jogging in place 10 minutes
Squats 3 minutes
Lunges 3 minutes
Butt ups (30 seconds) 5 minutes
Jogging in place 5 minutes
Dynamic prone planks 2 minutes
Flutter kicks 3 minutes
Crunches 3 minutes
V-sit 2 minutes
Jogging in place 5 minutes
Boxing 5 minutes
Push-ups 1 minute
Butt-up Push-ups 1 minutes
Superman 3 minute
Jogging in place/boxing 10 minutes


Any ideas on how to log my above workout? and opinions on my workout routine?

    what are your goals..

    I would say it is too heavy on cardio and not heavy enough on lifting….but that is just me

    My goal is to lose weight and get into the 140's by June. I'm currently 176

    Are you counting your reps so you can increase # within time frame ie push yourself more. Are you using heavy enough weights with squats lunges etc. Is the jogging high knees or just a soft jog. All of that plays into caloric burn. It sounds like a substantial workout if your really pushing it .
