Any good diet plans for fat loss and toning?

First I understand toning happens because you eliminate the fat over or around the muscles sculpting the arms and other parts of the body. So I really only am looking for a really good fat burning diet.
Are there certain foods I should not buy other than the obvious junk foods and fast foods? I am also in the works of eliminating soda's and other drinks and replacing it with water.

You do not need to eliminate any food, barring a medical condition, and just need to follow a moderate calorie deficit, eat enough protein and fat, and ideally do strength training.
Protein: .8-1.2g/lb of lean body mass.
Fat: .35g/lb of bodyweight0 -
You do not need to eliminate or avoid any foods. A calorie deficit is all you need for fat loss.0
