3 eggs
2 bananas
150ml greek yoghurt (make sure it is low carb)
50g ground almonds
50g protein shake (I use myprotein chocolate flavour)
250g berries

Mash bananas and mix in the eggs and greek yoghurt. Then mix in the ground almonds and protein powder.
Put the mix into 10 cupcake cases and split the berries between each one.

Cook for about 20 mins or until they look done.

Depending what you use, each one has 118 calories, 9g protein, 9g carbs, 6g fat and 1/2 a serving of fruit. I have 2 for breakfast :)

You can adjust the proportions of everything, this is only my second batch. I might add more ground almonds next time.

    It sounds really good!

    But...

I'm confused as to where to find berries without sugar?

This is not a cupcake. This is a bunch of baked fruit with yogurt and whey powder.

    There isn't even any frosting.

I'd rather go eat a cupcake.

This reminds me of the chocolate, peanut butter, and banana dessert I saw on Pinterest that was labeled "no carb."

OK sorry I meant no added sugar. I called them cupcakes because to me they have a pretty cupcakey texture.

They have sugar in them but also fibre from the fruit and protein from the powder and yoghurt to keep you full.

I've never tried using ground almond, worth a shot at least once.
