I am doing a dance workout called Pump it Up- I think its from 2004. How do I log it to my exercises? is that consider aerobics? Is it high or low impact? I am clueless...

Wondering the same thing! I just logged it under general aerobics... I thought I was in decent shape, but I'm totally exhausted after 34 minutes! I can do an hour on the elliptical easy....
I searched for it on here, you have the only post about it I can find0 -
I do a similar exercise and I log 20 min of low for warm up and cool down time and the rest as high. Good luck0

For reference, this is the workout (

It has a warm-up, actual workout, cooldown. So hard to say.
Cant you log based on intensity?0 -
thanks for the replies. I did 35 min, but logged only 25 as aerobic high impact. I check my heart rate a couple of times and was at about 150 so I am hoping that will justify the high impact. Thanks again!
