I have notest on food diary that you cant always put the right amount of foods that you've had that day eg 100ml instead of 200ml. same goes for yougurt, instead of 6 ounces its ment to be 8 ounces. Any ideas on how to fix that? just joined so new at this

Of course you can, if you have something as 100 ml and you want 200 ml instead, just log it as 2 portions and so on.

or if it's the other way around (it says 200 and you want 100) just put .5

    Have a fantastic day!

Right beside that field is another field with "1.0" in it. Change that field to another number to multiply/divide.

For example, if the field states "100 ml", write "2.0" in the other field, and you will get 200 ml.

Good luck with your food "dairy" :)

    Math. If MFP's portion is 6oz and you ate 8oz, you log 1.33 portions (6oz x 1.33 = 7.98 oz).

Always check to see if there is a drop down menu under serving size - sometimes you can change it from 6oz (for example) to 1 oz - and then if you ate 8 ounces you can just change it to 8 servings rather than trying to do all the math. I am terrible at math also so any time I can make it easier I do!
