Ready to shape up for my birthday!

I have a few more pounds to lose before my birthday in January and I am ready to amp up my diet and fitness efforts. I'm ready to really take this seriously. Anyone else getting back on the wagon right now? Let's encourage each other! What are you going to focus on this upcoming week? My goal is to record every single bite and eat more veggies!

    I just went to Walmart and bought celery, carrots, cucs, 50 cal yogurt and cheese stix you name it-my bday is mid-feb and I've got 15# to lose!! I'm with ya!
