Didn't we already do this thread during the summer olympics?

Yes. Yes we did. It was shallow and boring then too.
  • Damn I should have been an olympic athlete lol

Also even carrying extra poundage I STILL have no boobs, some of us are blessed with great legs or an awesome butt instead!

I wouldn't/couldn't starve myself ( I love my food- hence why I am here) so I didn't like seeing the comments that flat chested women must be starving themselves :( Boooo to sweeping generalization!

Why do you need an Olympic medal to have a 'valid' opinion?

i think that the point that was trying to be made was that these people that sit comfortably on their couch, and have never pushed themselves at the level that these elite athletes have, are nitpicking the bodies of these athletes.

body shaming doesn't just mean making fun of over weight people. people body shame the fit and athletic as well.

I honestly don't care whether female athletes have boobs or no boobs but as a male, I did notice all the women participating in the Super Combined last night had little to no boobs. On the flipside their legs and butts were simply phenomenal !!

I'm sorry I just can't get over how unbelievably pathetic this is.

These are women who have trained their whole lives to accomplish something great and unique in the world. They're striving to be the very best in their athletic field. They've sacrificed and trained and travelled across the globe to represent their countries and themselves.

All so some fat lout can sit on his couch with a cheeto stained face and complain that their racks aren't big enough for his liking.

    ^ This.

Then they have truly achieved success! Because athletes at the olympic level pretty much all get into it and put in the grueling years of devotion so that random dudes can think they have phenomenal legs and butts despite their lack of boobs.

Dont be a hater..it was a simple observation and a simple opinion while I was watching them compete in a sport that amazes me. Geez...bitter much ?

This- seriously- you want boobs- youporn is free.

Also the massive creep factor. The most skin you see is figure skaters- and what half of them are like 16? nasty.
I have an atheletic body, hence no boobs
    but powerhouse legs and butt

    lol say wut?

so being an athlete means you can't have a rack?
I've been one my whole life- and I'm rocking a D.

Coincidentally, back when I was 16 I would *kitten* to figure skating.

I guess they cared more about achieving something amazing with their lives than being in your spank bank.

    Its not about you

    I was talking about me
    some athletes have boobies
    I dont
I have a body similar to an Olympian
all my power is in my core and lower half

but hey if you got boobs enjoy em

you just made a really blanket statement.

I have an athletes body... hence no boobs... and it's incorrect.

YOU may not have boobs- and you may have an athletic body- but that doesn't mean athletic build = no boobs.

I was just pointing it out. It's not about me- I was just a counter example.

    no- I think it's legit

    Simple answer:

They are professional athletes with low body fat. Boobs are mostly fat tissue, so low body fat will usually result in less all around. Same goes with fitness/figure models who compete and why 95% of them have implants.

Opinion is opinion. They're like a-holes.

As previously stated, even if I had been an Olympic gymnast, it doesn't guarantee that I wouldn't need a weight loss site later in life. I said I was 12 when I made that decision, hardly a great reason as an adult. And not that I really care what anyone here thinks, I'm here for me and no one really thinks I need to lose weight, I just want to. I want to look how I want to look. I'm sure if I had tried and become an Olympian I wouldn't have given a crap about my boobs. In fact, as I got older, I wished I didn't have them.

I'm sure the person who started this thread just wanted a reason to start a thread and get some discussion going. Carry on.

On another thread someone posted a pic of a big bodybuilder and then got a reply along the lines of "well, not for me" from a woman.
We didn't get an indepth criticism that they weren't allowed to have this opinion :).
