okay everyone i have been slacking!!!! seriously slacking and i want to challenge myself and whoever else would like to join!!!! i am going to post a blog with the topic and a little more information so whover wishes to do this just post in my blog!!! very simple 5 pounds in the month of december, no requirements or even that you have to burn a certain amount of calories, do what you do best. i want to challenge myself because ive slacked off, because i want to meet my goal weight, and because the holiday is pretty much the ultimate test (if you saw the spread my grandmother prepares youd understand) !!!! so join me and lets get closer to our goals no matter how big or small together. !!!

Thanks for starting this up. I am going to try very hard to meet this challenge. Today my MFP message says "45 days" posted; but despite staying within the parameters set out on the MFP system, I am down just 3 pounds. I am hoping my "system" has adjusted and I may be able to meet the challenge of being down 5 pounds in the month of December. My plan: increase water, follow caloric guideline set out on MFP, increase exercise and follow challenge blog.0

count me in. just started today logging my food intake. tonight will be first night to exercise. i have trouble finding when is the best time for me to workout. it's either 5am or 9 or 10pm.0
